Revenue at Tree-Nation comes from companies committing to recurring planting — annual pledges, monthly automations, seasonal campaigns. Most of that pipeline starts from inbound interest or outbound prospecting.
We need someone who can take a qualified lead and close it. Someone who understands what a company actually needs when they say "we want to do something for sustainability" — and can translate that into a recurring commitment.
This role owns the front end of our B2B revenue: from first conversation to signed deal.
You'll own the full sales cycle for inbound and outbound B2B opportunities — from first contact to closed deal. Your job is to convert interest into recurring revenue by understanding what each prospect actually needs and proposing the right planting commitment for their context. You'll work closely with Account Management to ensure deals are handed off cleanly and set up for long-term retention.
Manage inbound leads and SDR-qualified outbound opportunities, qualifying and prioritizing your pipeline with discipline
Run discovery calls to understand the prospect's sustainability goals, budget, and decision-making process
Propose the right planting solution — pledge structure, volume, occasion — and close the deal
Drive Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) as your primary output
Work within standardized pricing structures; escalate edge cases with a clear recommendation
Hand off closed accounts to Account Management with full context and a clean transition
Maintain accurate CRM hygiene (HubSpot) throughout the entire cycle
Use AI tools to improve your efficiency in prospecting, outreach, and follow-up — not as a gimmick, as a real workflow multiplier
Feed learnings back into the process: what objections keep coming up, where deals stall, what messaging lands

Required
3+ years in B2B sales — full cycle, owning a quota
Fluent English (working language of the role)
Proven ability to close recurring revenue deals, not just generate pipeline
Strong discovery and objection-handling skills

Genuine comfort using AI tools in your daily workflow
