Our values and principles should guide us and be part of every decision we make.
The big ones as well as the small ones. We will make mistakes but ideally less if we follow those values and principles. A company is a sum of good and bad decisions. This is our North Star to guide us through them.
These values will lay the foundation of our success.
If you join Tree-Nation, it should be because you believe in what we're doing — planting 1 trillion trees and giving the planet a fighting chance. That said, we care deeply about the people who make that mission possible. We do our best to create conditions where everyone can thrive and bring their best to the work that matters.
Our team is composed from so many nationalities, culture, backgrounds and experience that it seems at first sight we are very different. And we are. Nonetheless we share a few things in common, things that are not defined by our culture or background but by our sheer will power. A spirit. A fire. A way to go through life.
If we look closer, everyone in its own way, shape or flavor, we share a common behavioural spirit. Those qualities are our Team DNA. This is what bounds our team and at the same time distinguish us from any other company.
Obviously everyone here is not limited to those qualities or may lack one or two entirely. And that’s ok. But globally we have this in common and it is a big part of what makes us a team.

We absolutely love showing off our gorgeous office! It's an inspirational hub with plenty of light and a beautiful natural environment that gets our creative juices flowing. We always feel pumped up and ready to tackle anything when we're here, and we can't wait to share that energy with you!
